EMS Logik Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Med-Packs, LLC dba EMS Logik (“EMS Logik,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our software platforms, including StationStok, NarcTrak (NarcBox), APIs, integrations, analytics tools, artificial intelligence tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

 

1 - INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following categories of information:

A. Account Information

  • Name
  • Organization name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing information
  • Login credentials

B. Customer Data

Data uploaded to or generated within the Services, including inventory records, procurement data, compliance logs, and related operational information.

C. Usage Information

  • Log data
  • Device information
  • Browser type
  • IP address
  • Access timestamps
  • Feature usage metrics

D. Support Communications

Information provided through support requests, emails, or other communications.

 

2 - HOW DO WE USE INFORMATION?

We use information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Services
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve system performance and functionality
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

AI and Analytics

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from Customer Data to:

  • Improve the Services
  • Develop analytics tools
  • Train artificial intelligence models

Such data does not identify Customer or any individual.

We do not sell or commercialize identifiable Customer Data.

 

3 - DATA SHARING

We may share information only as follows:

A. Service Providers

With trusted third-party vendors that provide hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, or technical support services.

B. Legal Requirements

When required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory request.

C. Business Transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information.

 

4 - DATA RETENTION

We retain identifiable Customer Data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Services
  • Fulfill contractual obligations
  • Comply with legal requirements

Upon termination of Services:

  • Customers may request data export within thirty (30) days.
  • Export is provided in commercially reasonable formats such as CSV or JSON.
  • Identifiable Customer Data is deleted within sixty (60) days after termination, except where retention is required by law.

Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data may be retained.

 

5 - DATA SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

 

6 - HIPAA AND REGULATED DATA

If you upload Protected Health Information (PHI), a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be executed.

Absent a signed BAA, you must not upload PHI.

Customers remain responsible for compliance with applicable healthcare, EMS, DEA, procurement, and regulatory laws.

 

7 - YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of personal information (subject to legal limitations)
  • Request information about how data is used

8 - COOKIES AND TRACKING

We may use cookies or similar technologies to:

  • Maintain session functionality
  • Improve user experience
  • Analyze system performance

You may adjust browser settings to refuse cookies; however, some features may not function properly.

 

9 - GOVERNMENT CUSTOMERS

Government or public entity customers may be subject to public records laws. We will cooperate with applicable disclosure requirements while protecting confidential information to the extent permitted by law.

 

10 - CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

 

11 - CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
